Qigong with Carolynne on September 16th for Fresh Start September

De-Stress Day with QIGONG TODAY–TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 2026 at 5PM EST

Qigong – De-stress from the day with Carolynne & Fibromyalgia Association Canada Peer Support through a free Qigong session.

Qigong is a gentle, flowing practice that combines movement, breathing, and mindfulness. It can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and ease muscle tension—benefits that can be especially meaningful for those of us living with fibromyalgia. Regular practice may also support better balance, increased energy, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

FAC’s Peer Support reminds you to make space for rest, self-care, and connection. Whether it’s joining a session, sharing a quiet moment of movement, or reaching out to a friend, small steps can help you feel more grounded and supported.

FAC’s Holiday Hangouts Are Back!

The holiday season can be joyful, but it can also be overwhelming or lonely, especially when you’re living with fibromyalgia.

Why FAC’s Holiday Hangouts Matter.

The holiday season often comes with many expectations, like twinkling lights, festive gatherings, warm meals, family and laughter. But for many of us living with fibromyalgia , holidays can also bring stress, fatigue, isolation, loneliness or emotional overload. And for some, “holiday cheer” can feel out of reach.

That’s why the idea behind our Fibromyalgia Association Canada (FAC) Holiday Hangouts goes beyond simple social events they are are also about building a community of understanding, compassion, and support when it’s needed most.
