Try to find joy in the small things. You have managed to get most of the things you wanted to accomplish done, but there is one thing you had planned to do, and you didn't get to it. Focus on what you need to do to stay well, not what caused your illness. Think about setting new traditions or doing things a little differently. Asking others for help isn\u2019t easy either. Many of us were told as children to do things ourselves and not ask for help, so it is hard to overcome that early conditioning. It is okay to admit you need help sometimes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"680\" src=\"https:\/\/fibrocanada.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Remind-EN.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6953\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fibrocanada.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Remind-EN.jpg 680w, https:\/\/fibrocanada.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Remind-EN-480x480.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 680px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Remind yourself over &amp; over that your body and feelings are valid. Think of something positive every day that you have accomplished or are grateful for. With the weather outside being frightful in most of Canada, maybe this is the year for those new traditions.
