Qi gong is a gentle, easy ancient Chinese practice that can be done by anyone, anywhere, at any time. It utilizes focused breathing, visualization, movement, and sound to unblock the blockages in the body created by stress, leaving you feeling relaxed, peaceful, and invigorated. Its beauty lies in its simplicity, effectiveness, and flexibility.

You don’t need any experience or special equipment.
