The study involves the application of a protocol called intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS) to a targeted spot in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of the brain. The study is being conducted by the team at Mathison Centre for Mental Health Research &amp; Education by Dr. Alexander McGirr and team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-center has-white-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-3d822a56d4cfb43a65793549875f280a is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#6a0dad\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study is being conducted in Calgary, Alberta and requires several in-person visits over a four week period to the clinic to receive the onboarding, treatment and follow up sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>They are currently seeking participants in the Calgary area between the ages of 18-65.
