Living with fibromyalgia can mean navigating invisible challenges every day, from pain and fatigue to cognitive fog and social misunderstanding. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">These experiences remind us that disability isn\u2019t always visible, but it is always valid.
